INTERVIEW QUESTIONS
Goals:
- To develop an environment of care and creativity for student LEADERs.
- To promote enthusiastic group dialogue, reflection, and problem solving much like we strive to create on a daily basis as LEADERs at Thomas Nelson.
Feel free to utilize these questions as a starting point to interview potential House Stewards. Should additional questions arise, feel free to deviate from the conversation to pursue additional avenues to learn more about the potential Steward.
- What qualities do you possess that would make you a good House Steward?
- If we gave someone $5.00 to tell us three of your weaknesses, what would they say?
- What are you passionate about?
- What do you consider to be your greatest accomplishment?
- If you could change two things in your House, what would they be and why?
- What are two elements of your House that you love?
- How do you work at your best: individually, in groups, etc?
- Are you comfortable with stepping out of your comfort zone to work with House LEADERs and Stewards you may not know?
- Can you work self-sufficiently, responsible for your own tasks, and accomplish your goals without someone prompting you?
- Why do you want to be a House Steward?
- Why should you be a House Steward?
